The pick up was scheduled for 9.45 then changed to 9.10. No problem for us, but we did not realise that the taxi that collected us was to drop us off to wait for the bus. It was a long wait. I tried to book directly with Four Seasons, but their website only seemed to permit a transfer from an airport. Last time I booked a transfer with Four Seasons (December 2016), the taxi picking me up took me all the way to Munich. Despite a lot of traffic the driver managed to get us their on time by a judicious selection of routes.25/01/2018

The transfer was very good- very proficcient driver, helped with luggage, this was ok. The only problem was to meet the driver in the airport- there were no directions in the booking reservation and at our time we didn't find anyone ...needed to call and so on...but in 15 min. it was settled, we were called back...so it was ok)14/03/2016
