| 15/02/2016 | Transfers from Milan Malpensa Airport to Cervinia | The driver was 15 min late in picking us up at the airport. Upon our return to the airport, the young driver was busy with his gsm while driving on the snowy mountain roads.... We had to change cars which did go relatively smoothly although we lost some time. The driver did not speak much English and it was very cold in the car! |

The delay of 15 minutes could happens when you book shared transfer, it depends on the number of passsengers we have to pick up on the earlier transfer. I am sorry for that, but I spoke with the driver Carlo, that I know very well, and he told me that he used, for 3 calls during the 3,5 hours of your transfer, the hands-free phones. He only used the hand phone to make the calls and to swithch off 2 other calls. But he told me also that during the trip he made a stop for you on the way, that he was on time, that your travelled in a very comfortable car, only 2 of us even if you booked a shared transfer,that he opened the door of the vehicle, he helped you with the luggage and, at the end, that you gave to him a tip. I am sorry for your waiting time but on the way to Geneva this day the driver found heavy traffic and he has to wait for more than one hour on the high way. We tried to contact you several times to let you know about that but your phone number was not available at all.
