Sono sceso in aereoporto Tenerife Sud ho dovuto cercare l'agenzia per poter arrivare al mio hotel ho perso più di due ore dalla 19,00 che dovevo arrivare in hotel sono arrivato alle 22,00 questa sarà la prima e anche l'ultima volta che mi serviro'di questa Agenzia Un viaggiatore come me che viaggio 3 volte l'anno questa è stata la prima volta che mi è successa una cosa del genere ,mi hanno informato che la mia prenotazione e restata in un cassetto ditemi voi se io dovrei apoggiarmi ancora a questa Agenzia .saluti Mitchell punteggio -1
